Good to know

Is SOS really free?

Yes. Sending an SOS, alerting your circle of 3 and receiving state alerts are free forever. Premium only adds extras like a bigger circle and unlimited safety timers.

Does Guard work without data?

Yes. If your phone can't reach the internet, Guard sends your SOS and location by SMS to your circle. You need a little airtime for normal SMS charges.

Is the app listening to me all the time?

Only if you switch on protection mode, and only on your phone. It listens for your code word or a scream. Nothing is recorded or sent to us unless an SOS starts.

Who can see my location?

Only when you send an SOS or share a trip: the people in your circle, responders you allow, and your organisation if you joined one. You can turn off sharing with official responders in settings.

How do I pay for Premium?

Inside the app, through Google Play or the Apple App Store. They handle your card; we never see it. Organisations pay by card, transfer or USSD on a secure checkout.

How do I delete my account?

In either app: Settings → Help & legal → Delete my account. Or use the account deletion page.
